Royal Tank Regiment Cambrai Officers’ Dinner Saturday 15 November 2025

This year’s Dinner will be held at the Cavalry & Guards Club on Saturday 15 November at 6.45pm for 7.30pm.

The Cavalry & Guards Club is able to accommodate 120. You are therefore invited to fill in the proforma attached to this notice and return it to HHQ with payment before Friday 24 October 2025. We will maintain a reserve list as soon as we have taken 120 bookings.

There will be a table plan and it would assist us greatly (and probably be more congenial for you) if you would indicate, on this proforma, the names of those with whom you would like to sit or at the very least when you served – I will endeavour to please you all.

Dress: Black Tie, no medals.

There will be a charge of £80.00 per person for:

• 2 Glasses of Champagne per person
• 3 Course Dinner
• 1/2 Bottle of Wine per person
• Bottled Mineral Water
• 1 Glass Port per person
